Private disk authenticatedFrom physical folders to an archive searchable in seconds
Public institutions are required by law to keep documents according to an approved archival nomenclature: a structure of departments, each with numbered document types and a retention period. Traditionally this is done on paper, in physical folders that are hard to search and secure. Arhiva Digitală turns the physical archive into a digital one, enforces the official nomenclature structure, and secures sensitive documents (civil status records, personal IDs, HR files).
Upload, organize, search: all in one place
Two-step upload
Scan the pages directly with your camera (PDF generated automatically) or upload an existing PDF, then fill in the description form: department, nomenclature code, year, file, keywords and retention period.
Hierarchical navigation
Like a file explorer: departments (A-L), custom folders and per-year files, down to the document with its nomenclature code and retention period. The PDF opens right in the page.
Search and filtering
Fast search by title, keywords, person or file number, plus filters by department, year, nomenclature code and retention period.
Secure by design
PDFs are stored on a private disk, served only through authenticated endpoints, never via a public URL. Login throttling, soft-delete with restore, forced HTTPS, passwords from environment variables.
