2. Definitions and scope
“The Provider” means High Focus Agency S.R.L. “The Client” means any natural or legal person who requests or contracts the Provider’s services. “The Services” include the development of websites and web applications, mobile apps, ERP/CRM systems, e-commerce solutions, as well as related maintenance, optimization, and digital marketing services.
3. Nature of the website
This website is presentational. The information, portfolio, and service descriptions are for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer in the legal sense. Submitting the contact form constitutes a request for a quote and does not, by itself, create a contractual relationship.
4. Quotes, orders, and contracts
Services are contracted based on a personalized quote. A contract becomes binding only after the written acceptance of the quote by both parties (including via email) or upon signing a separate agreement, which will detail the object, timelines, price, and specific conditions of each project. In case of conflict, the provisions of the specific contract prevail over these Terms.
5. Prices and payment
Service prices are set individually, by quote, and may be expressed in RON or another currency, with or without VAT, in accordance with applicable law. Payment terms (deposit, instalments, deadlines) are those set in the accepted quote or contract.
6. Client obligations
The Client undertakes to provide, in a timely manner, the information, materials, and access needed to carry out the project, and warrants that it has the right to use the materials supplied (texts, images, logos, etc.). The Client is responsible for the content it provides.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this website - including texts, graphics, logo, code, and portfolio projects - belongs to the Provider or its partners and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, copying, or use without written consent is prohibited. Rights to the deliverables of a project are transferred to the Client under the conditions set in the specific contract, typically upon full payment of the price.
8. Confidentiality
The parties undertake to keep confidential the business and technical information they access during the collaboration and not to disclose it to third parties without consent, except as provided by law.
9. Warranties and limitation of liability
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to deliver quality services in accordance with the agreed specifications. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or loss of data resulting from the use of the services or the website. The website may contain links to third parties, for whose content the Provider is not responsible.
10. Personal data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law no. 190/2018.
