What we built
TONSOR is a barbershop chain that wanted clients to book online instead of calling. We built the whole booking side of it: a website, an iOS app and an Android app for clients, and an admin panel for the staff. They all share one schedule, so a slot booked in the app shows up right away for the barber.
Booking takes a few taps. The client picks a location, a barber, a service and a free time slot. The appointment is saved on the spot and drops into that barber's calendar. Next time the client's history is already there, so rebooking is quick.
The three parts
Client apps (iOS and Android)
Clients book, look back at past visits and get a push notification before their slot. The apps carry TONSOR's own name and branding in both app stores, and they still work when the signal drops.
Booking website
The same booking flow at tonsor.ro, TONSOR's own domain. Clients book straight from the site, and it's set up for local search so people nearby can find it.
Admin panel
The staff's daily tool: a weekly calendar for each barber, a client list with history, services and prices, roles for every team member, and reports on appointments and revenue across all locations.
Fewer no-shows
Every appointment gets an automatic confirmation and a reminder before it's due. Clients with the app get a push, everyone else gets an SMS. That reminder alone brought no-shows down by around 60%.
