Project Overview

MixBOX is a complete multi-vendor ecosystem for food, groceries, eCommerce, pharmacy and parcel delivery, extended with an on-demand services marketplace. The platform is built around a powerful Laravel backend and four dedicated Flutter applications - for customers, service providers (Taskers), delivery drivers and stores - all connected in real time through Firebase. It handles ordering, zone-based dispatching, live tracking, in-app chat, wallets and commissions, multi-language and multi-currency support, plus fully integrated online payments.

Customer App

The customer app lets users browse stores and products by zone, order food, groceries and goods, request on-demand services, track orders live on the map, chat with providers, and manage addresses, wallet and favourites. Payments can be made online or cash on delivery. Built with Flutter for Android, iOS and web from a single codebase.

Tasker, Delivery & Store Apps

Three role-specific Flutter apps power the supply side: the Tasker app for service providers to receive job requests, send offers and manage earnings; the Delivery app for drivers to accept and complete deliveries with live navigation; and the Store app for vendors to manage menus, products, orders and availability in real time.

Admin & Backend Platform

A Laravel-powered admin panel orchestrates the whole platform: zones, modules, stores, taskers, commissions, subscriptions, payouts and disputes. A robust REST API serves every app, with Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, automated email flows and complete reporting across the marketplace.

Centralized Administration

The admin platform provides complete control over the MixBOX marketplace - managing customers, stores, taskers and delivery drivers, configuring delivery zones and modules, setting commission and subscription models, and monitoring every order and job in real time. Provider onboarding includes full company verification (tax ID, trade register number and uploaded incorporation documents), while automated notifications keep all parties in sync, ensuring a smooth and trustworthy experience across the entire ecosystem.
