MOP manufactures patented seals that prevent water ingress where a sailboat's mast passes through the deck. We developed a CRM covering their sales process: clients, orders, inquiries and pricing in a single platform. The dashboard shows revenue over the last six months, total orders and clients, products sold by size, and a ranking of top clients by spend.
Every order, itemised
Orders can hold several products, each with a size, quantity and price pulled from the database. Every order opens with the client's details, the full breakdown by size, the totals and an invoice to download.
Inquiries answered from one inbox
Every inquiry from the MOP website lands in one inbox. The team reads it, replies by email directly from the platform, and the inquiry is automatically marked as resolved. New inquiries reach the platform through the API, so no inquiry is lost.
Orders and shipping in one list
The full order list shows the status of each order: pending, processing, completed or cancelled, with a shipping note and invoices that can be exported in bulk. Orders can be created manually or generated automatically through a webhook when a customer pays through a Stripe payment link.
