MOP makes patented seals that stop water getting in where a sailboat's mast passes through the deck. We built them a CRM for the sales side of it: clients, orders, inquiries and pricing in one place. The dashboard shows revenue over the last six months, total orders and clients, products sold by size, and a ranking of top clients by spend.
Every order, itemised
Orders can hold several products, each with a size, quantity and price pulled from the database. Every order opens up with the client's details, the full breakdown by size, the totals, and an invoice to download.
Inquiries answered from one inbox
Every inquiry from the MOP website lands in one inbox. The team reads it, replies by email straight from the platform, and the status flips to addressed on its own. New inquiries reach the platform through the API, so nothing gets missed.
Orders and shipping in one list
The full order list shows the status of each order, pending, processing, completed or cancelled, with a shipping note and invoices you can export in bulk. Orders can be created by hand, or arrive on their own when a Stripe payment link is paid, through a webhook.
