Role-based + isolationThe incoming and outgoing document register, digitized end to end
Every public institution keeps a registry: the official record of documents that come in and go out, each with a unique registration number. Beyond numbering, a document must be routed to the responsible department, tracked to resolution and kept within legal deadlines. The platform covers the whole flow: it allocates numbers automatically within each register, routes documents with receipt confirmation, tracks status and deadlines, and provides exportable official reports.
Numbering, routing, deadlines, reports
Safe automatic numbering
When a register is selected, the number is allocated automatically, within intervals set by internal rules. Allocation runs in a locking transaction: no skipped or duplicate numbers on simultaneous entries.
Multi-department routing
A document can be sent to several departments, each confirming receipt with a signature. Status flow: new → routed → in progress → resolved.
Deadlines, overdue items and reports
Resolution deadlines are monitored: overdue documents are automatically flagged in red. Official reports exportable to PDF, Excel and Word, plus a per-department overview for management.
Role-based, isolated access
The registrar sees everything; each department sees only the entries routed to it, with the rule enforced on the server. Attachments on a private disk, login throttling, suspendable accounts.
